Zhangjiagang Pukun Worsted Textile co.,ltd. (hereinafter referred as "the Company") is an enterprise integrating dyeing, combing, spinning, weaving and finishing. Established in Aug. 1992, the Company has a floor area of more than 200,000m2 and a building area of more than 100,000m2. In 2007-2008, the Company accumulatively invested CNY 70 million to newly establish worsted fabric spinning base in Hongze to further expand the productivity and comprehensive strength of the Company. In 2019, the Company achieved a sales revenue of more than CNY 1 billion, actually paid more than CNY 30 million taxes. At present, the quantity of the registered employees is more then 1,200 (including the employees in Hongze).

The Company is located at the south shore of golden waterway - the lower reaches of Yangtze River. And the Company is located at the southeast of Zhangjiagang City, a National Environmental Protection Exemplary City, National Civilized City, National Health City and emerging port city opening to the outside world. The east of Zhangjiagang is next to Shanghai, the south is adjacent to Suzhou and Wuxi, the west leads to Changzhou and Nanjing, and the north is Nantong, separated by a river. The Company gets close to Nanjing-Taicang Expressway, Nantong-Wuxi Expressway and national highway 204, and it only takes 5 minutes to drive to Zhangjiagang Railway Station of Shanghai-Nantong Railway from the Company. The Company has introduced the world-leading production equipment and detecting instruments from Italy, Germany, Switzerland, British and Japan, etc., forming an integration production of slivering, dyeing, combing, spinning, weaving and finishing. At the beginning of production, the Company was only with an annual production of 1 million meters of cloth. With the development of multiple years, the Company owns 50,000 spindles of worsted wool spinning, more than 200 shuttle looms and produces 10 million meters worsted woolen cloth and more than 2 million meters roving woolen cloth annually. In accordance with the national classification standard, the Company is a large-scaled Class I enterprise, and the Company is also one of the 30 key enterprises of Zhangjiagang City.

The products of the Company are sold to more than 20 countries and regions of Europe, America, Japan and South Korea, etc. Pan American World Airways, Emirates Airlines, German Kaiser and Japan Aoyama, etc. have established long-term cooperation with the Company. Foreign trade export accounts for 70%. For domestic sales, the Company has established good and stable long-term cooperative relationship with more than ten famous Chinese clothing brands and enterprises, Youngor, Romon, Saint Angelo, Jodoll and SEVEN, etc. At the same time, the Company also focuses on the field of vocational smock.
